AG110 – Wee Weizen

Type: Weissbier Date: 20 Nov 2016
Batch Size : 30.00 l Brewer: Jono Thompson
Taste Notes: A pale, refreshing German wheat beer with high carbonation, brewed with 50% malted wheat, and 50% plislner malt, Fermed with a German yeast strain to give a, dry finish and a distinctive banana-and-clove yeast character. History: While Bavaria has a wheat beer tradition dating back hundreds of years, brewing wheat beer used to be a monopoly reserved for Bavarian.
The Strong and robust in flavor and aroma, German Herkules lives up to it’s name and is well inkeeping with the style of beer, with a spicy and floral, tangy and hoppy, with notes of melon, black pepper, with hints of pine.
