Taste Notes: A lighter-bodied, rich, refreshing, hoppy, bitter pale Czech lager having the familiar flavors of the stronger Czech Lager (Pilsner-type) Brewed with Czech Saaz Hops which give a delicate bitterness and a distinctive herbal character.

Cold fermented with a Larger yeast and largerd for 6 weeks before bottling this makes it as authentic as possable.

To attempt to make the Pilsner as clear as possable this beer was finned with gelatin so is unsuitable for vegetarians.
